Check or Money Order - You can send us a check or money order made out to The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties. If you would like your gift used for a specific purpose or fund, please indicate that on the memo line. Checks should be mailed to 2608 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502. Gifts of cash should not be mailed. Please contact our office at 315-735-8212 to make arrangements for a cash gift.

Gifts of cash can also be transferred directly from your bank to the Community Foundation's account. Please contact our Finance Department at 315-735-8212 for instructions.

Did you know that you can mail a check on December 31st and, even if the check is not received and cashed by the Community Foundation until after the new year, the IRS will allow you to take a deduction in the year the check was mailed? Keep this in mind for year-end tax planning!
